The objectives of the programme are as follows:
Deepen understanding of learner-centred and technology-enhanced approaches to learning, teaching and assessment.
To develop and enhance the quality of learning and teaching through self-reflection and self-assessment.
To support participants in their initial and continuing development as professional teachers, competent in best practices in learning, teaching and assessment.

This course will be taught in blended mode, using face-to-face and online delivery. There are 6-7 workshops each semester. These sessions are from 1pm to 4pm on Friday afternoons at DkIT. However, as per public health guidelines, some or all may be delivered online. Each student is also assigned a personal tutor.
This programme is likely to be of interest to anyone involved in teaching, training and/or learning support. While the overall award is the MA in Learning and Teaching (Honours), exit awards are available at both Certificate and Postgraduate Diploma level.
