A central part of the Master in Food Business and Innovation is a Food Industry Focused Research Project with the opportunity to work in a food company, food agency, university, bank or related establishment, where students gain valuable experience work and apply theoretical skills developed through seminars and seminars in culminating style. Additional unique features of the Food Business and Innovation Master’s program include: an in-depth introduction to the national and international food sectors; a unique combination of relevant courses that are relevant to both established food companies and startups; and an introduction to cutting-edge food research topics, innovative teaching methods (including boot camps), and exposure to digital marketing methods.
This Master’s course prepares students for a career in dynamic food businesses to play a leadership role in analyzing key industry issues and strategic management of the food industry. The balance of the modules in this program reflects the global nature of the food industry. Students will expand their knowledge of food, the food consumer, food innovation, and decision-making processes in companies that develop, brand, distribute, and sell food products. Through practical application, this program will equip graduates with analytical, communication, business and presentation skills, which are required and highly valued by the industry. Graduates of the Master in Food Business and Innovation course seek employment opportunities in the food sector. The MSc (Food Business and Innovation) consists of taught modules worth 60 credits, with a Research Project focused on the applied food industry of 30 credits.

- Research project focused on the applied food industry.
- Candidates must have an honours engineering degree or an equivalent engineering qualification. However, candidates with equivalent academic qualifications and appropriate experience may be accepted subject to the approval of the Faculty of Science, Engineering and Food Science.
- In the case of international candidates, the foreign equivalent is required. In addition, a degree officially translated into English will be required.
- IELTS 6.5, with no less than 6 in any component (or its internationally recognised equivalent).
