The aim of this four-year honors course is to produce Creative Media professionals with the knowledge, skills and competencies necessary to work within the various Creative Media industries in Ireland and abroad. This course will allow students to develop key skills in both mainstream and new media, by combining traditional communication and media production skills, such as photography and video production, with high-level training in multimedia production and design. Graduates of this degree program will be able to work across a variety of creative media platforms, traversing the rapidly diminishing boundaries of traditional and new media

Graduates of this program will be well prepared to pursue various professional careers, including:
→ International students will require a Bachelor’s degree from the country of origin. The degree and notes must be officially translated into English.
Applicants will require a baccalaureate degree officially translated into English.
→ IELTS 6.0 or higher (or its internationally recognized equivalent).
Students complete a 6-week placement in the third year.
Lectures and tutorials are the most common formats used to teach modules. Professional and practical skills are developed primarily through studio and workshop practice, exhibitions, presentations, and group work. Individual and team project work is essential to acquiring the skills necessary for success in the course and beyond.
